Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a session, program, or consultation with Miracle Mary McCrae. By booking our services or using our website you agree to be bound by these terms.

About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Seaside Strategies LLC, operating as Miracle Mary McCrae, based in Morristown, New Jersey. Our website is miraclemary.com.

Services

Miracle Mary McCrae offers therapeutic bodywork, somatic recovery, nervous system regulation, and related wellness services for high-performing individuals. Services are provided in person and are not available virtually.

Mary McCrae is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of New Jersey. All services are provided within the scope of her licensure and training.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified at the time of booking.

For individual sessions, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session.

For the Backstage Reset Dojo™, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Individual Sessions Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Backstage Reset Dojo™ Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable. If Mary McCrae is unable to fulfill a booking due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.

Executive Edge Experience™ Cancellation terms for the Executive Edge Experience™ are confirmed in writing at the time of booking and may vary based on the scope of the engagement.

Free Consultation No payment is required for a free consultation. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy.

Travel

For services requiring travel, travel expenses including airfare, accommodation, ground transportation, and per diem are billed separately and confirmed in writing prior to the engagement.

For local in-person sessions, Mary travels within 20 miles of Morristown, New Jersey. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond this area and will be confirmed prior to booking.

Health and Safety

By booking a session you confirm that you are in suitable physical health to receive bodywork and therapeutic services. You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, medications, or allergies on your intake form or prior to your session.

If you are pregnant, have recently had surgery, or have a serious medical condition, please consult your physician before booking.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at any time if we determine it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.

Confidentiality

All client information shared with Miracle Mary McCrae — including health history, personal details, and session content — is kept strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on miraclemary.com including text, images, and branding is the property of Seaside Strategies LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seaside Strategies LLC and Mary McCrae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Morris County, New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
